As wedding consultants we do not reserve dates or make wedding arrangements on behalf of a client until receipt of this form and a non-refundable deposit of $200 or 25% of the total order, whichever is greater, in U.S. dollars which authorizes and funds us to make wedding arrangements on your behalf. Note: Receipt of this form is also acceptable by submitting the electronic web version of the same, indicating that you have read and agreed to this agreement. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, certified or cashiers check and money orders, your personal or business check will also secure your deposit and wedding reservation.

The balance is due no later than 45 calendar days before your confirmed wedding date.

Once we receive your deposit we will send you a Wedding Package by Email. We will send you an invoice acknowledging your deposit, a personalized copy of your ceremony, a song list, (if applicable), marriage license paperwork and a letter confirming the date of your wedding and itemizing the arrangements you have agreed upon with us.

Prices subject to change without notice. Except with weddings already reserved.

Rescheduling: If you need to alter your wedding plans, we will reschedule your wedding to another date and your deposit will be applied to the new date.

Cancellation: If for any reason you need to cancel your wedding 45 calendar days or more before the wedding date, $200 or 25% (whichever is greater) will be retained to cover the cost of arranging and canceling your wedding. Cancellations less than 45 calendar days before the wedding date are non-refundable.

Last minute weddings: All payments are due immediately upon booking a wedding within 45 calendar days and must be paid by credit card.

Privacy Policy: All transactions with A Fairy Tale Wedding are entirely confidential. We do not sell or distribute any of your information to any other party. On line payments are encrypted and transmitted to us through state-of-the-art SSL security technology (best on the internet today). Our web site does not employ the use of tracking cookies or any other device that tracks site visitors.

Beach Permits: All filing procedures and permit fees required by the State of Hawaii are included in our wedding package prices.

Non Compete Policy: In contracting A Fairy Tale Wedding as my full service wedding coordinator, I agree not to compete in providing products and services for the wedding that are already offered by A Fairy Tale Wedding without prior agreement in writing on my wedding order.

If we do not receive final payment within 45 calendar days of your confirmed wedding date, client authorizes A Fairy Tale Wedding to charge the remaining balance on their credit card.

By signing below or by submitting the electronic web version of this agreement indicates that you have read and agreed to the above terms and conditions, and confirms both Bride and Groom's acceptance. No changes to the above terms and conditions will be made without prior agreement in writing on your wedding order by no later than 45 calendar days prior to your wedding date. Signing below authorizes all credit card orders with A Fairy Tale Wedding.
