Private Locations
Our private locations fall mainly into two categories: resorts and churches. These locations are all located on the West side of the island and offer beautiful grounds, fantastic views, privacy, parking and rest rooms. We can help you arrange the location that best fits into your needs and budget. All prices include wedding coordination.
Many hotels offer their exquisite, spacious grounds as wedding sites for the ceremony and reception. All catering, including cake and champagne must be ordered through them, however we will reserve these services for you. All the major resorts have a site fee for weddings whether you are a guest or not. The following oceanfront resorts offer multi-million dollar landscapes, world class views and formal wedding gardens specifically designed for elegant wedding ceremonies.

Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort is a spacious, elegant oceanfront lawn set amid lots of swaying palms and tropical foliage. This beautiful backdrop creates the perfect Hawaiian ambience and setting for a truly memorable wedding.

The Waters Edge at the Hilton Waikoloa Village is an elegant, contemporary indoor reception facility featuring floor to ornate ceiling windows, and dance floor. Please inquire for food and beverage menus.

Oceanfront Lawn at the Hilton Waikoloa Village is a Romantic location overlooking the blue Pacific ocean amid manicured lawn, tropical palms and foliage. A wedding chapel and a picturesque wedding gazebo complete an outstanding wedding site. Includes champagne table set up with one bottle of chilled champagne.

The Waikoloa Beach Marriott's Lyndsey Beach is a private, romantic sandy beach setting amid lush foliage and adjoining a beautiful lagoon surrounded by swaying palms.

The King’s Knoll captures the ambience of Hawaii with lots of lush foliage, swaying palms and a well kept green lawn. The wedding site features a tropical lagoon and offers privacy and a very peaceful atmosphere.

The Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel Turtle Point is an intimate location set high above Hapuna Beach and blue Pacific Ocean on a grassy lava bluff with breathtaking views of the coastline below, and offers privacy and shade. Set amid lush acres of legendary tropical paradise.

The Bayside Wedding Lawn is a very spacious, premier wedding location with a manicured green velvet lawn, located next to the Bayside Chapel. It reaches out towards Keauhou Bay and the blue Pacific and elegantly captures the essence of Hawaii.

Bayside Overlook is carpeted with a brilliantly vibrant lawn and surrounded by palm trees, tropical florals and a sweeping ocean view of Keauhou Bay. Capacity 20 guests.

Sunset Cliffs. This intimate setting is set atop lava cliffs on sandy outcroppings above the blue Pacific. A perfect location for a small sunset wedding along scenic walking paths and adjacent to the golf course. Capacity 12 guests.

Photo Gardens: Amplified music is okay at this picturesque location with a tropical backdrop of tiki torches, Hawaiian florals and the blue Pacific ocean. Banquet capacity is 80 guests.

We private charter a new 60ft sailing catamaran and perform your wedding ceremony out on the blue Pacific Ocean. The reception can be in the main cabin or topside under the blue sunny skies of Hawaii. Sunset, Morning and Afternoon sails are available. Includes Wedding Cake, Champagne, Appetizers, Soft Drinks and Gratuity for up to 30 guests.
