  • Public Beach. There are many beautiful tropical beaches here on the Island of Hawaii that are available for you to choose from. The best beaches for your wedding ceremony are clustered along the Big Island’s western shore. Public beach parks offer grassy areas with ocean views and swaying palms for picture perfect weddings. We will be happy to suggest the perfect beach location for your ceremony.

 PRIVATE LOCATIONS 
Our private locations fall mainly into three categories: resorts, churches, and private homes. locations are all located on the West side of the island and offer beautiful grounds, fantastic views, privacy, parking and rest rooms. Total hours must include set-up and clean-up time for all private locations. We can help you arrange the location that best fits into your needs and budget.

Many hotels offer their exquisite, spacious grounds as wedding sites for the ceremony and reception. All catering, including cake and champagne must be ordered through them, however we will reserve these services for you. All the major resorts have a site fee for weddings whether you are a guest or not. The following oceanfront resorts offer multi-million dollar landscapes, world class views and formal wedding gardens specifically designed for elegant wedding ceremonies.

  • Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort is a spacious, elegant oceanfront lawn set amid lots of swaying palms and tropical foliage. This beautiful backdrop creates the perfect Hawaiian ambience and setting for a truly memorable wedding:
  • The Waters Edge at the Hilton Waikoloa Village is an elegant, contemporary indoor reception facility featuring floor to ornate ceiling windows, and dance floor. Please inquire for food and beverage menus.
  • Oceanfront Lawn at the Hilton Waikoloa Village is a Romantic location overlooking the blue Pacific ocean amid manicured lawn, tropical palms and foliage. A wedding chapel and a picturesque wedding gazebo complete an outstanding wedding site. Includes champagne table set up with one bottle of chilled champagne.
  • The Waikoloa Beach Marriott's Lyndsey Beach is a private, romantic sandy beach setting amid lush foliage and adjoining a beautiful lagoon surrounded by swaying palms.

  • The King’s Knoll captures the ambience of Hawaii with lots of lush foliage, swaying palms and a well kept green lawn. The wedding site features a tropical lagoon and offers privacy and a very peaceful atmosphere.


  • The Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel Turtle Point is an intimate location set high above Hapuna Beach and blue Pacific Ocean on a grassy lava bluff with breathtaking views of the coastline below, and offers privacy and shade. Set amid lush acres of legendary tropical paradise.
Sheraton Keauhou Bay Wedding Locations:
  • The Bayside Wedding Lawn     is a very spacious, premier wedding location with a manicured green velvet lawn, located next to the Bayside Chapel. It reaches out towards Keauhou Bay and the blue Pacific and elegantly captures the essence of Hawaii.
  • Bayside Overlook is carpeted with a brilliantly vibrant lawn and surrounded by palm trees, tropical florals and a sweeping ocean view of Keauhou Bay. Capacity 20 guests.
  • Sunset Cliffs. This intimate setting is set atop lava cliffs on sandy outcroppings above the blue Pacific. A perfect location for a small sunset wedding along scenic walking paths and adjacent to the golf course. Capacity 12 guests.
  • Photo Gardens: Amplified music is okay at this picturesque location with a tropical backdrop of tiki torches, Hawaiian florals and the blue Pacific ocean. Banquet capacity is 80 guests.

  • The Hilton Waikoloa Village Wedding Chapel is set on 62 acres of enchanting oceanfront property this romantic chapel with exquisite grounds is perfect for an upscale wedding. There are private beach front homes and estates available for your wedding. Some of these private residences are available for your honeymoon stay and double as the ceremony and reception site for your wedding. They offer privacy, convenience and world class views.
  • Puuopelu Country Estate Puuopelu Country Estate "Romance at the Ranch" is a gracious 8,000 sq. ft. French provincial Hawaiian estate in Waimea, only 40 minutes from the major resorts on the Kohala Coast. Polished koa wood interior provides an elegant setting for a catered dinner or the ceremony and reception could be in the garden. Built in 1862, an expansive terrace overlooks a picture perfect rose garden and reflecting pond. A fairytale, horse drawn, white wedding carriage is available as an upgrade to escort the bride and groom to or from the grand entryway in style.

  • Kona Beachfront Home is a picturesque 50’s style oceanfront private residence perfect for small weddings. A large green lawn dotted with palm trees separates the house from the ocean and white sandy beach. Well maintained inside and out, the property is located in a choice beachfront community on Alii Drive in the heart of Kailua Kona and offers lots of privacy. The 4-bedroom house sleeps up to 8 guests maximum. We suggest renting the 3 bedroom seaside cottage next door for additional family members and/or friends. The cottage may also be rented as an intimate wedding location. For larger wedding parties of up to 50 guests maximum there is an additional minimum site fee of two thousand dollars.

  • Lopakatu. This luxurious world class estate situated on a lush, tropical ocean view acre awaits your most romantic wedding dreams. Located in an upscale, unique community in Kailua Kona the estate offers six spacious contemporary separate suites with king, queen or twin size beds all with their own beautifully appointed separate bathrooms. Contemporary elegance is everywhere! Wedding receptions can be catered from the gourmet kitchen and served on the expansive, white, marble tiled veranda which overlooks the swimming pool and magnificent sunset views.   • Honuala’i Estate "Heaven on Earth" is an 11,000 sq. ft oceanfront estate home laid out on a magnificent 1.5 acres. For sheer elegance and privacy for an upscale wedding it is nestled between the Mauna Kea Beach Resort and Mauna Lani Resort in sunny Puako on the Kohala Coast. This premier wedding site is situated directly on the ocean with an abundance of swaying palms on a manicured lawn leading to a small private sandy beach. Tiki torches ring the perimeter and wide lanai, pool deck and lawn areas providing ample space for dining, entertainment and dancing. Noon to midnight (includes setup and breakdown). Up to 100 guests, $8,000.
  • “Hale Kai” Oceanfront Estate is located across from the Keauhou Sheraton Bay Resort on 3 pristine landscaped acres. Beautiful tropical gardens and palm trees, including the arched tree under which actor John Wayne was married in the early 1960s. Puako is the sunniest place in the state with only eight inches of rain per year. This oceanfront community is nestled between the Mauna Kea Beach Resort and Mauna Lani Resort on the beautiful Kohala Coast. Puako offers tranquility and privacy, with sunny, balmy days and clear starry nights. The reef and water along Puako are pristine and offer the opportunity to swim, dive and snorkel with sea turtles and other magical creatures.

  • Niu Cottage "Coconut Cottage" Picture this lovely and private “old Hawaii” one bedroom and one bathroom cottage by the ocean, located in Puako in a tropical garden under large shady trees. Marvel at the sunset as you sit on the deck right next to the blue pacific ocean or sunbathe on your own private little beach. December through April hear the whales “talking” and watch them breach right in front of you. A perfect honeymoon getaway. $285/night - 5 night minimum stay
  • Beach Banyan This comfortable Puako home has been remodeled and upgraded, but still retains the charm of old Hawaii. A large lanai runs along the entire length of the ocean-side of the house, facing a lawn sloping down to the sand and tide pools. The downstairs living room boasts ocean views, as does the fully furnished and updated kitchen. A full bath off the living room has its own door to the outside. The second floor features an ocean view deck, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with a window from the master shower looking out to the ocean. We private charter a new 60ft sailing catamaran and perform your wedding ceremony out on the blue Pacific Ocean. The reception can be in the main cabin or topside under the blue sunny skies of Hawaii. Sunset, Morning and Afternoon sails are available.
