services on the Big Island of Hawaii.
As wedding consultants we provide guidance and advice to help you plan
your perfect wedding day.
We work with all subcontractors and vendors on your behalf to ensure
that all aspects of your wedding flow smoothly and to be on-site during the
event. All
consulting fees are included in the prices for services and products.
Simply choose whatever you want and add up the total, you can always
add on more services and items at a later date.
Once
you have booked your wedding with us, if you are not already working with a
travel agent, we can handle your complete arrangements including air travel,
accommodations, car rentals, activities and restaurant reservations.

wedding certificate is different from the marriage license.
It is a beautiful reminder of your wedding day an important, special time
to be framed and cherished forever.
It includes your names, addresses and the date and location of your
wedding, hand-lettered by a professional calligrapher.
After your wedding ceremony the certificate is signed by yourselves, your
minister and witnesses so you may take it home with you.
All four wedding certificates are created by a renowned local artist
using visual elements and poetic text from her own Hawaiian roots.

Orchids grow in abundance on the Big Island, along with bright
tropical flowers such as anthurium, bird of paradise, ginger and heliconia.
Traditional wedding flowers include roses, carnations, stephanotis,

Our private locations fall mainly into three categories:
resorts, churches, and private homes.
locations are all located on the West side of the island and offer
beautiful grounds, fantastic views, privacy, parking and rest rooms.
Total hours must include set-up and clean-up time for all private
locations. We can help you arrange
the location that best fits into your needs and budget.
Many hotels offer their
exquisite, spacious grounds as wedding sites for the ceremony and reception.
All catering, including cake and champagne must be ordered through them,
however we will reserve these services for you.
All the major resorts have a site fee for weddings whether you are a
guest or not. The following
